Beto likes to brag that he doesn't get money from PACs (which isn't exactly true) but he does get plenty of money from folks who work at some of the biggest corporations in America!
Google (Alphabet) is a Silicon Valley giant and their employees are just nuts for Beto O'Rourke!
According to CNBC, employees at Alphabet were the second largest contributor to O’Rourke’s campaign overall, donating $157,189.
The only group of employees who beat out Alphabet for donations to Beto’s campaign were the employees at the University of Texas, who donated $296,123.
Microsoft made the list too ($58,943), as well as Dell ($56,361), Facebook ($53,929), Apple ($52,494), and Amazon ($48,573).
Dang! People in California are obsessed with trying to change Texas.
